I was working on a ZBrush portrait project and stepped out for a minute, leaving my computer on.
When I came back Windows Update forced a restart and updated my OS. And now I can’t open any of my quicksave files. All of them either fail immediately or grey out my ZBrush screen forever while trying to load (left it greyed for 2 hours).
What should I do? For what it’s worth, I use ZBrush 4r6 and Windows 7 Ultimate.
