Can't invite team member in CG Challenge

Hi, I’m posting here for the first time because I am having an issue regarding team management in the B Movie Challenge. I am the team leader and I invited two CG Society members to my team. The first one accepted and was moved onto my team, but the second member, Mrgreenface, received my invite and accepted but is still not showing up under my team. Any suggestions? Thank you.
