Cant add posts to my Blog

Cant add posts to my Blog.the add button cant be seen.at the top i can see an html script in the midde of the add sections.ive tried refreshing quite a few times.

Yes, the HTML is a known issue.

This should be fixed now - despite what it says in the linked article, you should also be able to post blog comments.
