As the title says, I get a “Cannot subdivide meshes with edges shared by more than two polygons!” error when trying to subD a character mesh that I’ve imported from Maya.
I can’t seem to find where this stray polygon is. Everything is quads as far as I can see, I’ve even tried subdivding it in maya and then importing it but with the same result. I exported the mesh as .obj, maybe that’s what’s causing it?
Anyone know of a script or some other way to find a faulty polygon? I’d rather not have to select the entire mesh and deselect each polygon in order to find it as it’s over 6k polys.
