Can’t rotate motion tracker

Hi. I add a footage to a motionvector but the movie is recorded vertically width 720 and height is 1280
And so the motion tracker makes it rotates like standart hotizontal movie. How I can fix it? help please

Have you tried rotating the footage in another app like PS / AE
and then back into C4D ?
