Can I get a refund???

I paid for CGSociety but now I see this site is WAY too much work. I needed this site to be up and running for me within a certain amount of time but it seems I can’t seem to get anything right.
I need a video uploaded…no one can help me upload a video. (no need tell me about the FAQ or Java or Downloads because I’ve done it all :smiley: )
I need my images up and running: No such luck.
I thought this was a professional site but it seems to be ran by someone. It seems just like DA but I don’t want another DA account.

I need a refund if I can get one. I am completely unsatisfied with my experience here. Please let me know what I can do to get a refund.
Thank you. I’ve only been on CG Society for about two days, now. And yet, still I can’t even get my portfolio up and running and no one seems to be able to help and there are no FAQ’s about my specific problems.

Since I don’t have a video to upload I had to go through the process of figuring it out in order to help you. But since you waited a whole 6 hours to get an answer I suppose I can’t answer your question in a timely manner.

You just saved me the rest of the evening with your impatient rant. One of the Admins will be along to help you with this request when they wake up on the other side of the globe (Australia).
