Can I change my Thread's icon?

Say I wanted to change the Green Arrow icon of this thread to the Blue Question Mark, is that possible?

This would be very helpful!

And, along these same lines, Would it be possible to change the Title of my Thread?

You can’t make these changes but a Forum Leader can.
