Camera export to SpeedTree

Hi,
Been messing about with SpeedTree lately and I’m putting together a scene in Soft. Now I can export all the elements I need to take over to SpeedTree via fbx but when I bring the camera animation over it all gets screwed up. Wrong position to my meshes and wrong axis. Anyone have any experience in exporting animated cameras to SpeedTree?
