bullet static object problem

hello

for a project I’m using Bullet engine…

I have several rocks … static right?
when I turn them to static objects (Mesh , box… no matter what!)and turn on Debug Draw in bulletSolver, I see some sort of shifting in the silhouette of the geometries ( which is red wireframe with yellow normals).

but when I turn their type to something like, Kinematic RB or dynamic RB that debug silhouette exactly fits to the geometry…

I’m using Maya 2014 sp3 and don’t know is this a bug?

well…
I found dynamica plugin very handy and for now there is no problem with it…

fast and reliable…

but another question, I exported a complex geometry animation as Alembic Cache (called Dummy)and import it and want to make it collide with other bullet rigid bodies…

but when I make this “Dummy” a passive rigid body, It only considers only one frame of it and ignores other frames. is this normal?

what if I want this “Dummy” to be considered as a rigid body and yet all the frames of the its alembic file to be considered?
