Tried with Ncloth(Component to Component Constraint) but out of control.

You can pretty easily get those effects with ncloth. You’re on the right track.
Never sim on Extruded geo. Make your pieces flat, then ncloth with constraints. Then extrude or tweak the output mesh model to give it thickness.
Wont be as realistic as Bullet but can work if you tweak it well… Use Collision scale and Self Col Scale to fake a cushion around the flat original model.
Then have a play with the constraints, to allow more or less bend and glue strength to break it.

Man it’s hard to handle Ncloth Constraint, Not able to manage fragments clustering.
Not really, you just need to understand the tools a little better. 
Looks like you are using Rigidity? Do not!
Did you try what I suggested?
Its relatively easy to make a non extruded, unwelded plane into ncloth, add the constraint and play with the strength, glue, etc. to get something almost identical to your first videos.
