I’m new here so I’m hoping I’ve put this in the right place.
Basicly my issue is I’ve been trying to make a smooth brush with pointy ends? I’ve done that with spacing at 1 hardness at 100 and pen presure on . But I still get rough edges that look pixelated?
Any ideas

Just set your roundness and size jitter to “Pen Pressure” and you should be good to go.
Also make sure you have the “Brush” selected and not the pencil. The pencil is probably what you have chosen which is why it looks pixelated.
As ArsMod stated - changing the brush size and the opacity settings to “Pen Pressure” should give you painterly control and make it so that the brush changes size and opacity based on how hard to press down with your tablet.
IF you don’t have a tablet - then really you should set it to fade out or leave it as none.
