Body mechanics

Hello: I am a self train animator, living in Bolivia and I want to learn more about animation, work with LW and messiah, and I am searching for a good book or DVD to learn more about Body mechanics, if any can give me an advice or direction. Thanks

Hi Joe, The Animator’s Survival Kit continues to be a most awesome book. Dynamic Drawing for Animators is also good.
