blur hotkey in cs4

it used to be R, but in cs 4 R its the Rotate tool which doesn’t even work cos of some openGL window thing >:(. DAMN YOU ADOBE!

So how do I get my blur hotkey back? Like in PS7

never mind I found it in preferances, sorry for the dumb question. HOW do I openGL enable a window anyway?
