Hey man!, I have some comments about this that hopefully can help you out (know that it’s my personal opinion)

I loved the texture and pose that you worked out on the girl. But the hair, I feel it a little bit too saturated with blue. It’s generating a distraction for the main concept of your design, that being the girl’s sexy but bad ass attitude. So I believe you should work out the hair more, maybe i feel that way because of how the stroke is being displayed (talking about the blue lines of the hair strictly). Also, I believe that you can workout a better background. I feel that is missing something, that it was not very clear what you wanted there. I loved the tattoo, it is amazing and it gives a very unique feeling in the character. ouhmmm I believe that would be it, I’ll post if I get to realize of something else.
