Best tool for enlarging the size of images?

Which is currently the best tool for enlarging the size of images?

I have tried Alien-skin’s ‘Blow up’ which gives very nice results but unfortunately it creates a “swirly matrix-like pattern” in grainy areas.

Any other good software you can advice me?

I pretty much use the Genuine Fractals 5 plugin with Photoshop.
