Best place to start learning rigging

#1

So im a super noob when it comes to rigging. Anyne have any tips on where to find beginner friendly rigging tutorials?

My main goal is to rig a car for a video game. Ive seen tutorials for tire rotation on a straight line, but that doesnt help me with making the tires turn or the body of the car move the right way.

Also for game design if i used a script that worked for tire rotation not just on a straight line but that the tire rotation is in reverse after a 90 degree rotation would that apply in the game engine if the car makes a 180z degree turn?

Sorry. Im totally clueless about this stuff and it seems very confusing from what ive seen

“rigging a car for a video game” is kind of a broad topic. For starters in most video games the car is going to be a simulation with collisions etc and will require knowledge of the specific game engine you are working with. If the goal is to simply beable to animate a car and then export it’s animation to a game engine that’s a different route.

Here’s some other expressions to look at although I don’t think they solve all the possible problems.
