Hello,

I just wanted to show my helicopter I’m currently working on. Modelling-wise I’m yet to build the cockpit as well as an pilot as you can see. But other than that the whole model is pretty much ready for texturing.

Sure, I’ll share a image of the cockpit aswell if anyone find it interesting :slight_smile:

The wires are in different colours but that’s just because I want to put different parts of the bird in the same texture map and shader later on.

Do you use Maya, 3Ds or which software? im trying to do this type of thing but still learning though.

Nice work on the helicopter, the model looks great and the textures seems to be coming along with great result as well. Looking forward to seeing the finished version. :slight_smile:

I’m working in Maya, Photoshop and Mudbox. Those are my primary tools on a daily basis :slight_smile:

I will render the bird in a dusty Irak/Afghanistan sort of landscape. I’m going to get some shots of of it up in the sky later on but first I’ll have to make a pilot :slight_smile:

Here is another WIP of the texturing process. I can’t wait to get this thing rendered!
