Cool, I’ll leave him standing and looking off into the distance. I’m really glad you guys like him.
Beast of burden - character - ZrO-1
Great piece of work Mr. ZrO-1!
I like the eyes on the burdenous bug, and the slime trail and…you know…Great stuff!![]()
(In the end it all comes down to 0 and 1.) …ok
in the end i have 0 crits. and 1 hope:a desktop 1024x768 (or more) image of ur last one!
U REALLY ROX :buttrock:
OK, I’ve got the cowboy and his new coat & chaps all re-weighted. I also have him in the scene with the bug. I have him in a standing pose (so glad I don’t have to make him sit). I’m doing a series of renders now which will be my final image(s) the scene is to big to get everything in and still see all the detail stuff. The images have been getting rendered @ 1280x720, but what I’ll do is add a leterbox format to the finals so they fit @ 1280x1024, and I’ll get them on my server so I can link directly to the full-res versions here for you guys. This has been a fun challenge but I am exausted with this piece. I’m glad to be doing the final renders now. :surprised
Thanks to everyone who gave me such great critiques and suggestions throughout this piece. Pictures to come shortly.
It turned out awesome ZrO-1.
Cant wait to see what you got up your sleeve for next time.
OK guys, I have 7 pictures for you. Unless you guys see something wrong that I missed or has an awesome suggetion for an addition, these will be the final images. Again, I really appreciate all the great feedback you guys have given me. This was a great challenge.
Here’s the first 3 pics. You can click on the picture to get a full-resolution version in a new window:
I hope you guys like them, the next 4 are coming
And here’s the last 3 pics, again click on the pic for the full-res pic:
One more front-angle coming
Great work with the bug Zro-1.
There’s some good progression here.
Keep on working and showing progress.
Thanks for your support also.
Wow. Those pics are huge! And rightly so!
Your scene is brilliant. Your work is brilliant. Your insane amount of postings on all our threads have been brilliant.
In a word, you’re brilliant!
Have fun at your new job tomorrow!
BRILLIANT! :xtreme:
just awesome bro!!!
you did an amazing job on this!
forgive me to crit a little bit but maybe you should add a litlle bump map to the cowboy’s clothes to make him fit in to the scene better.
It turned out awesome ZrO-1. Cant wait to see what you got up your sleeve for next time.
I said it once…and ill say it again!
Wow, I just noticed I didn’t respond this whole time watching your thread
Jeeez
Nice job bud :bounce: Keep rockin :buttrock:
I don’t remember if I have posted on your thread but what an awesome job…
I love your concept…
I think you pulled this off great and the western theme is cool…
great job!!
yeah those renders are sweet! these turned out really nice, i love the side profile pics, cool atmosphere! hey just wanted to tell you good work one more time, youve produced some really kick ass work.

nice zro, alot of work and details in those pictures!
but the imageSize is a bit large I think, I had to DL ~3.5MB before the page showed up. np for me with good connection but think about those 56k’ers. just a thought for the final voting, not everyone will have the time\patience to wait…
anyway, good stuff. I believe you’ve learned alot and I read you had fun doing it, so thumbsup ![]()
I can’t beleive I forgot a front angle shot  I’ll get that up ASAP. Also what I’ll do is post smaller icons if the pics and link to the full-res pics. Thank you all very much for the great feedback.
OK, here’s that head-on front-angle shot for you guys. Like the 6 pics above, just click the picture to get the full-res version. Thanks again guys!
I hope these smaller “thumbnails” are loading quicker for you 56k-ers. I reduced the down to 600x480 @ ~48KB. The pics the thumbs link to are still the 1280x1024 @ ~800KB versions. So now if you want to see the full version you still can but one at a time, instead of loading them all at once. Enjoy!
excellent work ,and he bellow your post remove binary … you are the type machine ,i think i will model an old type machine just for you ,you are incredible and your bob to .
