Wow nice mechanical doo-dads. Hey is that a guzinta valve I see on that?
Good stuff so far.

#6

Wow, can we see a rendering of that wireframe shot.

I like the idea of the dino head. (and it is a different dino then normal)

Keep on going.

#7

sweet saddle…and contraption thingy…what do the gears do?

#8

Now Ill reveal the special gear that is forming, keep checking back cause the rest will be done soon, then Ill go ahead and make the expression and do a little pose and work up a little illustration.

Enjoy

My mind is swriling with images of polygons.

hey man this is top notch work, i would like to see a little more form in the head (where it meets the headshield thing) but it could go with out, and the gun stuuf looks amazing, is that teeth and a beek?

The contraption looks so awesome.

#11

serious firepower hehe, only thing that bugs me are his visible teeth… sorta has a stupid grin on…

#12

Excellent contraption!

Can we get a close up of the cannon?:applause:

That weapons contraption you’ve made is amazing. I really think that that is the best looking, most detailed mechanical model I have ever seen anywhere. Fantastic work, amazing detail, and great execution of this piece. Really jaw-dropping! :applause:

#15

The detailing is excellent, incredible stuff! Forget Battlemechs, this BoB is gonna shoot their sorry metal bums from the face of the planet… :airguitar :bounce: :buttrock:

#16

That gear is kickass! I’d really like to see it on a fictional beast, rather than a dinosaur, though. Regardless, keep adding details. Like maybe some armor for the beast.

#17

Incredible modeling–Great details. The generators remind me of the those giant deflector generator things from StarWars Ep. 1, that the gungan’s used. Are you gonna make all of those mechanical things animatable via an expression rig (or at all?)?

#18

Wow.
Now THIS is excellent work :applause:

The detail on that weapon contraption is truly exquisite
The poor beast really looks like he is taking strain - excellent they way his teeth are bared!

It’s funny that even though the weapon has wheels, the beast has to carry it :scream: Poor thing.

Brilliant, detailed model

#19

stunning details you got there-your wrist hurts badly i think!
so on, great stuff!

Thanks everyone for the Replys,
Im still sorta designing what direction Im gonna take next… A friend of mine suggested A poor cave man unknowingly about to get blasted out of existance by the huge dinomachine, just trying to fetch his dinner hehehe.

Prolly wont go that route… but We shall see.

Here is a wire frame

Any suggestions for a pose/expression?

Tyler.

whatthehell!..
where’s the GUNMAN?

#22

Gunman?, a rider… possible… I have an idea for one…

And the idea about the gungan shield genorator… teheeheh… your dead on the money. I was inspired by that thing and some other stuff.

Ill have up some new stuff later this week…

For a pose, think of the gun as one with a powerful recoil that requires the beast to brace himself. Maybe his rider or handler props up a small ramp behind him to help counter the recoil, or maybe the beast puts his legs out in front of him a bit, lowers his head and puts all of his weight forward to help counter the recoil.

Dunno for sure, but that’s a cool beast.

Can’t wait to see what you come up with.
