Beast of Burden - character - RISKBREAKER

#1

Aw crap, you guys are so awesome, its discouraging. I contemplated on entering a challenge each time there was one, then later put off by the work you guys do…
So i said screw it, i’ll make an appearance, even though i might not even finish it.

Hopefully, the concept sketch will come come out right in this post…

eh…i’ll be back…i think…

#2

Concepty! I like. You’d better be back. :bounce:

#3

here we go…

these next few pics will just be subd-meshs (pieces).
They’re just quickies…when then body parts are done, i think i’ll join them, convert them in to a poly mesh, detail it further, then switch on subd-mesh again to finish it off…well, thats the plan anyways.

#4

tiny update…

#5

man, do i suck…

#6

that’s cool i just think that the joint and the body is to geometric,…anyway it’s a work in progress.
good work.

#7

oookay…tiny update…not that anybody’s watching…

#8

Cut that out Mr. Riskbreaker! People are watching… we’re always watching! :surprised

The model is coming out well. A bit blocky still, but working very well. Get those vertices flying! Time is of the essence!

#9

Okies,…hope it aint too late for this shot…

eric p & erillaz: thanks for the critiques, i know its still kinda geometric, i thought id get a few details in before i fix the mesh, i did what i could in the time frame.

man those vertices were a pain…

#10

Nice details on the arms and legs!

Looking less blocky now! I quite like how it’s turning out. Well done.:applause:

#11
