My only crit would be that the composition of the luggage on the turtleman’s back is a bit boring. I would enlarge the barrel + bird and move them forward, to bring the mass of the luggage more in front of the turtleman’s centre of gravity. Turtleman looks great, he really has a sense of carrying a massive load, but his burden doesn’t quite match.

I’m not sure the bump on the flag works. I think it would be fine without it. Or maybe lessen it.
Personally, I don’t think chains that are circular really work. that’s just me though. Maybe more of a chain-like shape on the links.

Thanks swag - the feathers are made with Hair Department and Solid Spline. The trick is to delete the geometry that hair department produces-> but keep the splines -> and drop a solid spline tag on them with your preffered thickness-> now it´s a post thingie and will occur at rendertime! That´s all!
detail are fabulous i love to take the time and watch all the detail on an image so with yours iam haapy ,nice one
