thanks everyone for the positive feedback! I’ve been busy today(and still are) so I can’t post an update…

phyle: great tip, I won’t forget that, thanks alot!

pearson: thanks! I really liked your “ForestRobot” in the last challenge, he has alot of character, I hope you don’t throw that away without making something cool with him.

OZ: thanks for all the glory  I’ll dig for some renders of the PirateTurtle tomorrow and post the link here.

little update for the body, still ALOT of tweaking to be made. I’ll add more muscles, veins etc… and then it’s time for all the accessories. gonna try to make this model one of my most complex ones.

take care

Fellah…it looks like your 3D model is well on it’s way to even surpassing your concept/sketch. Very nice, fun and quite intricate already. Looking forward to those extra details you mentioned, it will be really sweeeet then.

By the way ,,,,,,,,,,,,,your pirate is quite fun too. :)

Yeah!..Lw modeler rocks!!
Right now in the process of finishing a model  …i may join this challenge if i finish it in time.

BTW I think the character in your avatar will make a good owner for this beast…Let us see them together sometime.

Virtuoso: thanks, I have to try and make the model better then the concept as I think the concept is really weak… glad you liked the old turtle to

skello: stop model that other model and join in instead!!
and I’ve actually thought about using my avatar guy as the owner of the beast but I think I have a better idea, just wait and see
