#1

BOOYAH and i’m in

Just the concept for now, but will start modeling asap

#2

like it, looks good

just wondering whats the thing in front of him? looks like a golf racquet :wavey:

#3

equinoxx in the hizouse too? Hoo-ha. This one’s gonna get crazy, I can tell.

Looking cool, can tell there’s a strain and he looks cheezed off.

iC4- it’s a little guy tugging on a rope, who probably is in a lot of danger

#4

if you mean the lil blue blobs in the lower left corner, that’s a stylish character pulling the BoB [Beast of Burden] by his leash . . .

#5

aaaaaaaaah, now I see it

sry

#6

That’s really cool, I love the scale of the BoB versus the person trying to guide it. I like the fact that although the person is trying to guide it, that BoB could toss him accross town just by thoughtlessly looking around. I’m definitely going to be watching this thread.

#7

Wow - cool start Equinoxx!

I really like the scale too… As long as you do us one render (or mebbe an anim) of the little guy bollocking the beast for misbehaving - and the beast eating/stomping him…

I dunno - it’s the 2nd day in and I’m already asking for an anim… tsk!

#8

heheh very nice bud, I got this thread tagged

a su salud

Mmmmmhhh so the little chap is the real beast of burden. Nice sketch, i like the way the big beast walks with his nuckles, as a gorilla.

#10

I like what Pancreas just said about the little guy being the beast of burden–having the burden of managing the huge, semi-thoughtless creature!! If the little guy wasn’t humanoid that would fit the rules and be an interesting challenge–hmmm–…now I’m getting ideas…gotta go think about this!! Again, great concept art!

#11

cool sketch 'noxx!

I like your BoB it looks like a cross between a gorrilla, an elephant, and an ox. Definetly all good traits to have if you’re a beast of burden

#12

It’s about time you entered another challenge ya lazy skank!!!

Looking great so far! I love the tiny guy - but what on earth is such a tiny guy having to have transported by such a mammoth beast? :surprised

Also, you should give the lil guy some kind of weapon or something - because the size he is, tugging on that leash isn’t going to make any difference - that huge beast isn’t going to feel a thing :stuck_out_tongue:
And I know I hate cruelty to animals, but give him a whip!

#13

you are all too kind . . . i will start modeling tonight.
It is very well possible that the model willl have additional detail that’s not in the concept, just see the concept as the general form of the BoB

#14

Wow, that guy looks uberly pissed off. You should have it so the harness is breaking and whithered implying he is trying to escape from his captors, because that looks very easy for that fellow.

#15

Hey man, the concept really rock. i actually love the little d00d in front of the beast… hope that you’ll model someone dragging the huge BoB. <nods>
hope everything’s allright… take care, and dude, post some cg stuff right fuggin now! :bounce:

#16

Hee-hee, squish

#17

that guy is tough…can’t wait to see some 3d on this guy!

#18

thx for all them nice comments my friends . . . these are the things that always keep one going

here’s todays update . . .

as for the variations [BoB squishing the lil blue blob] we’ll see what’s possible when the BoB is fully rigged

#19

It is nive to see the blocky version Withouth mesh smooth.
THis way I see how you approach it with the ammouth o segments and stuff.
:bounce: can’t wait to seen more.
