Beast of Burden - Character/contraption -Sleepless

#2

While the computer was down I had time to draw so I also did this beast…Which one to do? Hummm?

#3

I like the first one sleepless. It has alot more detail and I like the fact that its hexapedal

:bounce:
can’t wait to see it colored

#4

Not to sound too demanding, but do them both!
The first one’s great, I love the attitude in his swagger. I also really like the angles in the legs of the second. I think his head needs a little work though. Maybe more of a profile?
Good to see you’re in on this one too. I have to get my ass in gear.
Keep us posted!

I completely missed this one… Shame on me :shame:
First one has more originality. But I agree with Puddlefish… Howabout both

#6

Hhhhmmmm… I don’t know. Both would be nice. But if you can only get one done I’d go for the 1st. Lookin good!

#7

On that I agree. First one has the most originality.

#8

Looking great Sleepless. No crits yet!
I’d love a chance to colour something like this. Maybe after the challenge we could exchange concept pieces for each other to paint? Could be an interesting experiment.

#14

Looks Great so Far

#15

Worked a little more, but that guitar on the sofa is calling me. Besides I need to think about where this is going to go. Suggestions? Decided on a nomadic, desert theme, in some other place, some other time. Helpful tips always welcome here.

Thanks. oh yes this is temporarily cropped

Puddlefish: I’ll save the early phases of my work, and we will do that trade-out sometime.

I’ll do you a deal, Sleepless.
You promise to finish this, and I’ll promise to finish mine.
