Hi guys.
This is my first challenge entry and I’m not sure if i’m gonna be able to finish it due to school work, but i’ll give it a shot. Thanks a lot to OZ for giving me some motivation to participate.
I am still exploring concepts and roughing sketches. Still i am not sure if i’ll model any of these two designs. The character is called Minda, La Nana (the nanny).
I love you sketches so far. I like the striding one on the far right the best, has real attitude…
Can’t wait to see it modeled!

-OrestesMantra: I know about the breasts. They look too sexy-rounded, etc. I want to make them more aged and stretched to show that time has passes. This is no happy young nanny, but an old tired and miserable one. THanks for the crit.
-dmonk: I totally agree with you. Right now that’s the one i’m going for the most (but i’m still undecided). The size relationship on that image is the one i prefer also. But i’ll play with the concept some more.

Very nice sketches. I like how you have the child’s swing hanging off the BoB’s ears like earrings.
Very cool ideas and sketches…great stuff. Very original to make a nanny-beast, too! That’s awesome. The kid on the swing rocks. Look forward to seeing how this ends up.
The swing idea is great. Was that originally the plan, or did you just draw her later when you were stuffing around with the sketch?

Hypercube- WOW! I appreciate your kind words. That really makes me keep going even though I have 3 summer courses and almost no time to work on this. I have to find time!!.. this is the best challenge topic so far (IMHO)!!
OZ- Thanks again man. By the way your concept art stuff is incredible I really like the action in the quadruped sasquatch-like creature, although it’s gonna be hard to model that look without fur. It should be pretty challenging (thus fun:thumbsup: ).
Erilaz- Thanks for the comments. Yes, that one was the original idea. Now I’m just trying to figure the actual look of the creature. One that communicates the concept of my beast as clear as possible.
