First, I post a detail; the head of the beast
Beast of Burden - Character - apaparone
Great! It looks like a muppet with those poppin-out eyes! I love the muppets!
jeroentje
thanx buddy, but donāt forget it is a hungry, thirsty and angry muppet seeking for the show!!
Ok Jeroentje! but if you donāt mind, first a little suspens⦠the rider of the ferocious muppet!

Eww
in a good way - is it all going to be green like that?
Interesting start.

Hi , thanks for the replies. It is not plant based, but he is not human and his biology can be based on chlorophyll.
Iāll post the complete image when it will be done.
Looks great. I donāt like suspence. Your style reminds me of jorentjeās. This style seems quite european. Is that fair to say? Letās see the rest.
Yes! I think there is an european style, but it is not so easy to define!
Sorry for the suspens, but it has to be done before !
Hi everybody! This is the complete image of my beast of burden. Unfortunately, the compression has lost a lot of details. Thatās life!
Ciao!
LOL haha, very very good! ![]()
Try to do something with the background, you can keep it simple but this is maybe a bit too hardā¦

Thanks, Jeroentje!
It was a lot of work and after all, when you azre living on the "cĆ“te dāazur"you have to burn also under the original sun , not only the electronical one!
I was following strictly the terms of the challenge; just the character on the muppet of burden.
Of course, Iāll integrate it in a background sooner or later!
Bye, bye!

Youāre quite a fast painter, this is looking great. I agree that the challenge rules said ājust a characterā but go ahead and do a little indication. Itās an injustice to your character not to have a little something.
Nice work on your website. Glad to see you have some paintings under your belt too.
My suggestion on this piece is too ānotā isolate your color. The green is a little too the same everywhere. Meaning, pick up some other colors and move them through the creature, put some of the blue in the skintone of his body. (thereās blue on the saddle) Move some of that magenta around the piece so itās not so lonley. I see you have done this on your oil paintings.
If you were about to do this anyhow, I apologize for speaking too soon. Cheers

Thanks for your attention and your interest, Sleepless. Your remarks are relevant and I 'll do something soon!
Ciao

Here I am! The beast of burden in fancy colors and background included! hope youāll like it!
This just made me laugh for about five minutes straight. Thatās a good thing, BTW. Heās great, I love the disproportionate head and the intense stare.
Fantastic, very charming work.
Great work, itās got a good feeling to it. I like the background addition, helps place him and move that color around. Good job.
