Bake out Vertex Colour - 3DSMax?


Hey everyone, I am working on an ultra low poly object and would like to suppliment my AO bake with a Light bake (Vertex colour map).

I understand how to setup the material and lights etc and bake it into the geometry but Im not entirely sure how you bake this out to your UV map?

In a tutorial I was reading it said to use Texporter but I dont have that and would like to know how to do it in 3DSMax anyway.
