Back in the mid 70’s, Hammer tried to branch out by co-producing a film with Shaw Brothers. The film, Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires, isn’t Shaw’s finest hour but it does win points for fusing Kung-Fu with European horror tropes. As I love Martial Arts films and monsters, I thought I’d follow suit. So, idea one is Shaolin vs. Vampires and idea two is Samurai Zombies. It’s not exactly Tolstoy.

Used some photos from Flickr for the doodles.
