Thanks for your constructive feedback Ferx ! Yes the monster will look at the boy and tedy (I’ll try to improve that point too) but the idea is to keep the two other characters watching each other.
I’ve worked more and done a new test for the monster. The beard and fur are overpainted for the moment of course but I hope I’ll find the time to improve these areas with Fur or Alphas.

And a snapshot (sculpt and posing are almost finished)

I’m currently refining each parts adding more deatils on the sculpt and textures for the 3 characters.
I hope I’ll be able to render in high resolution soon I’ve many passes to render. Deadline is short now and I have a lot of work to do yet ! :wink:

I’ve improved a lot of things and have worked really hard since the last update all the renders are done now (I’ve rendered several passes in high resolution so I’m happy ,all is ok :slight_smile: ) I’m now working on final details in post production.

I’ll show the final image when it will be finished… Deadline is very close to us now. :wink:

Software: Maya,mental ray,Photoshop,ZBrush

I wanted to mix differents styles into one image, trying to create a funny, unrealistic and “psychedelic” scene.
Colours, expressions, composition etc. All is created and worked to get a “B-Movie” effect.

That’s my vision of what should be a true B-Movie. :slight_smile:

I’ve worked really hard and put a lot of energy on this artwork so I really hope you’ll like it :wink:

Really cool image :smiley: Like the strong color on it, put a cool touch on the poster. The character designs are great, the teddy expression is fantastic :smiley:
