Hi.
This is my second challenge, last time I didn’t have time and I hope I’ll manage to finish it this time.

Here is the title of the B-movie I’m going for (I imagine it doesn’t exist…)

So this will be a giant robot moved by the energy created by popping popcorns and I hope this is ridiculous enough…

Concerning the booby thing and the blond girl, that is just some king of humor about the eternal gorgeous blond woman featured in almost every B-movie (or other movies…). Hope it’s fine…

I’ll post the concept in a few minutes…

And to finish, good luck to everybody and have fun!!! I’m pretty sure this challenge will be hilarious…

So here is the concept I’m going for and the composition.
Lighting will be kind of like this but more contrasted I think.

I hope the half naked woman is not too annoying. If it’s really too much I’ll change it but I would prefer to keep it like this. My idea is really to do something funny and not to offend.

by the way, the robot will have a sort of popcorn machine in the head and some other stuff like this. And the building is the Chicago theater and sorry for the mispelling on “chicago” (and for the other mistake I could do in my posts…)

I like your sketch layout. I agree with others no worries on the partial nudity. Heck, I think she’s got him right where she wants him :slight_smile: Can’t wait to see more.

I just re-read my thread and thought I wasn’t really polite, each time I post while doing something else in the same time and don’t take the time to answer anybody.

here is a little update with the beginning of the big stained glass window that will frame the robot in the composition.
still a lot of work to do on this theatre…

hey, thanks a lot Jennifer and Melanie for your kind messages.
yeah and, like my girlfriend keeps telling me, I guess I have to move to the girl and robot modeling as soon as possible now if I want to have everything in the end… I’ll try to work faster on the theatre this week end and to start with the… rest (and more interesting I guess…) :slight_smile:

here is a little modeling update with the right camera angle and a bit of paint over in photoshop with some parts of my concept picture.
and actually, yeah… I know… my stained glass window is not visible… :blush:

still some work to do on the theatre then the robot and the girl!!!

hi!

I’ve been taking one entire week of holiday last week so I didn’t work so much on my challenge but here we go again…

So, here is a more advanced lighting for the building. The light bulbs themselves are still not good…
Comments and critics are welcome of course!!!

I?m working on the girl modeling at the same time but I’m not happy enough to show her at the moment and I will begin the robot modeling as its design is now ok!
