Thanks buddy for the nice words! If those sceptics knew this ship houses all 15 CHUs only in the lounge chamber, and there is still room to spare, I guess they could become believers on the spot, maybe if they could catch the final render!?

Hey kompis and thanks for the encouragement! Yes, I kicked, begged, cried, and almost swered, nothing helped, so I got me a new set! That crash set me back an entire week, but that’s history now! hehe!

Great update, Chu is an awesome character !! Love that expressions on that little outerspace criters. The little alien with the baloon is a blast… hahahahah, fantastic and like a lot the shading for te eyes, in the way of the Sherk´s “Puss in Boots” character (hypocritically tender … that little aliens area really menace hahahahahah ) cool!!

Ahh - not only one, but two updates since my last visit!
The spaceship is really nice, it reminds me a bit of the roof of a merry-go-round. Perhaps some aliens could be hanging down from some strings while the ship rotates? That could be really funny.
And I agree with mickarrow, cute and creepy in the same time. Very cool and the one with the baloon is fab! Nice going.

Hola amigo and gracia! Very happy you liked this version, It was made a bit hastily, and without a proper disp map or fur, but I will develope this after the challenge finishes, and post it in the 3d section, cause this is a part of another lenghty concept I’ve been saving it for!

The Idea of Merry-go-round roof was a great coupling, I couldn’t imagine that far! Thanks for bringing it in!
Now that I think about it, could the idea of those roofs have been concieved after having a few sightings by the inventor(s) of the roof? Hmm, I guess we’d never know!

Yep, like the others said, great update. I love the light-coloured stomachs on the aliens. It gives them a cuteness which contrasts beautifully with those devilish expressions. Bravo!

Wow! That looks wonderful! The design is strong and works really well. I really like the effect produced by the bright lights in the spaceship too. They draw the eyes right to the centre first and so the rest of the image is revealed in stages, like telling a story.
Such a shame you were not able to make the deadline. Thanks so much for posting it though.

Love your concept Really cool image with a superb Sci-fi touch ( a bit on the way of the dark side of E.T., a some sort of space gremlins hahaha cool!!! :D). Agree with Mark, the strong ligths of the saucer and the little aliens under it, work really well, grabbing the attention in first instance. Like a lot the red values on your image, put a great note of tension and mysterious feel on it
And agree again with Mark, its a shame that you no make the deadline, because this is a really cool and strong concept. But you have a really great image for your portafolio :buttrock:
