Great watching the progress of this image and a shame it didn’t make into the winning pieces. You nailed the style and it’s a great poster image that represents the b-movie style very well.

Well thanks! I am certainly in some good company, so no biggie (in fact, I have used this piece for promotions lately and have just wrapped up a dvd cover and signed a contract for a children’s book based on interest in my work the thing generated, so I see little downside. Yippee!)
Your piece was a wonderful thing to watch develop, and has spurred me to commit to learning zbrush. I would have voted for it and am not a bit surprised you won an award. Big congratulations to you! You are now on my radar and I will watch with great interest what you come up with next. So nice to do this contest with folks like you to rub cyber-elbows with.
