This is a collection of images I took on the internet for preparation.It’s the kind of color scheme I’m thinking about using. Really inspiring stuff in my opinion. some images are really into the B-movie mood…loving it!

I think I’m pretty much done with my first sketch. I just wanted to go deep as much as possible on it even thought I’m aware it’s not perfect. I’ll have to digest it before I go on with the challenge. Fun stuff!

Yeah, I’m a bit suspicious colors might be shocking for some people. I’m still not sure If I will push it that far for final…At the same time like you say, it’s disturbing and it fits the theme…

Beautiful style, man.

Who did the second image, top row from your inspiration collage (the one with the man in the green radioactive suit)? Gorgeous inspiration.

Also, your sketch suggests the possibility of Red Riding hood rescuing / carrying a fainted male space lumberjack. Flipping the idea of passive female, hero male. Just a thought. No big whoop.

I really like the idea of the riding hod carrying the lumberjack, I might use it if you don’t care?
