i like the characters design and composition allot nice work all best wishes

#102

The mayan temples and the fog produce a nice mysterious mood, that really fits the theme perfectly. :buttrock:

Overall the composition and all the action is great, only I still prefere seeing Squid-Arm kicking the heros ass, instead of running from him

#103

I like this new outdoor idea, especially the colors. Stay on this road my friend

#104

i think composition Test - 03 is the best :buttrock:
haiting for more progress.

#105

Hey Ferx!
Your idea is really nice. I’ve never heard of the “Luchadores” films before, but i have to admit that they seem to be something awesome. Posters looks amazing
Your wips are great too, i think that the last one looks the most promising of them all… Can’t wait to see more

#106

Hi Fernando - Wow the Mexican B-movies that your character is based on has more advanced effects than I thought. Color, composition, action, story all are working great, it has a lot of great things working for it.

#107

I like the last composition. It has your strongest most original characters so that will make it stand out. (squid arm guy and the salamander mutant) Do it do it well I really look forward to this one and wish you all the best luck.

#108

Wow, love the new image the colours and dynamism of the characters are great. The little lizards are really cool

#109

Hi kompis!
Really sorry for not being there for some time, I’m having a system crash on my pc and it’s been a few frustrating days!
I like number 2 nad 3 comp, especially number three, which I think is a genious scene!
Love all the action going on in there, poses, placements and all the small details!
You really are working hard on this!
Cheers amigo!

#110

keep going you are doing great

#111

I really love this last version. It already looks like a beautiful illustration. And all those glowing eyes are just brilliant. At first I thought they were foliage, and then I realised what I was looking at and it was kind of creepy (and great fun!) Superb! The colours and the sense of movement are beautiful too

One thing I’d be a bit wary about is having the composition look like it’s cut into a right side and a left side. Perhaps if SquidArm’s normal arm extended a little into the other half of the image it would help connect the 2 halves of the image, although don’t give this idea too much concern because it really does already look wonderful

Ello Ferx!
This concept is so alive! I can just feel the exhilaration and suspense coming out of your last concept. I’m lovin it!

Can’t wait to see how this progresses!

Cheers mate!

#114

Aaron - Thanks mate for your kind words, an extra motivation, thanks and cheers!!

#115

A new composition (more a variant and not too worked that the last), in the same way of the ‘Night of the ajolotes’ (comp. test03). A different perspective with the hero ‘flying’ (jumping from the third rope, in wrestling jargon … hahahahha)over the bad guys. I add Dr. Muerte in this image, and squid-arm has a mix with the ‘bulb’ zombie
Now I have more doubts for wich composition I go for the final image…

#116

Small green creatures are really charming

#117

Again a great concept.
Now you have to clone yourself so you can finish both. :scream:

Really hard to tell which one I like more. May be the last one, because it has the evil doctor in it.

Way to go!

Torsten

I love those little green guys. They are great fun. Personally I think I still prefer the previous comp (post number 97) but if you went ahead with this new one I’d like that a lot too and would still pay to see the movie.

#119

I understand you, both compositions look great. I’m not sure which I would go for, I guess choose which one would be more fun!! :buttrock: Cool stuff.

#120

Nice concept so far! Keep it up!!

Good luck!
