The facial expression of Ajolote Mutante is perfect! 
Another great character design. I hope to see the fighting scene with Squid Arm Man in your final composition, as it brings across the right kind of spirit.

Great new sketches, Ferx! I love all of them. I have a sleight preference for the red mask because it’s a bolder color, and design-wise, the red one’s details make it looks like a cobras mouth (good!) while the design on the white one reminds me of a Canadian maple leaf (wrong side of the continent.) But the color you should choose depends on what background he’ll be on. Whatever color or value the environment is, make the mask something contrasting. Good luck!

Actually it would be awesome to see it in 3D as well as 2D!
The maskmen characters look great, I agree with the comments about the red mask!

Like all your concepts I like the fat doctor better. So there are different opinions I woudl love to do a few of these up in 3D.
