A studie for the main character, - El Zopilote Vengador - (Avenger Buzzard). He is a terrific wrestler and and a hero, always ready to fight injustice and evil.:smiley:

El Zopilote Vengador’s lizard lift manuever looks painful. Hopefully his pants are double stitched. :buttrock:

Are thise sketched on real paper? Do they still make that stuff. I like the energy in the line work. Cool sketches. :applause:

Beautiful drawings Fernando; really expressive and anatomically correct shapes! You really master the power of sketching characters, and the humor and playfulness you put in them, make them very special!

Having a squid as an arm is genius :wink:
Dr. Muerte looks like your typical crazy scientist villain, who would appear in b-movies and still appears in cartoons :slight_smile:

I love the new sketches. Fantastic stuff. And yeah, Squid Arm man rocks. I feel like my cultural education is sadly lacking for not having watched Luchadores films. All the better that you bring them to public attention

Great theme for the contest Fernando, the references are so funny!

The man with a squid arm is a very good idea, looks threatening and a very agile adversary. And the villain with the bulbs on his head looks like a very tall and strong guy, but no very intelligent, haha. The two complements very well.

Exploring another design for a bad guy. The ‘Ajolote Mutante’ (mexican mole salamandre mutant), I am thinking about using all this week to explore the character design (the truth I’m having really fun with that) :smiley:
