Hei Fer!
Excellent scetch on the last post, the heads on the trees/stones, the trees strenghtening the composition, and all the forms pointing to the convergence point, very dynamic and alive!
Always a joy watching and studying you work!
Good luck Amigo!

B-Movie Entry: Fernando Porcel
YOu can create your sketch book on theses characters and concepts and I think you did.
I hope you finish so we can see a great piece of art.
Brandon - Thanks for your kind words!
Simon - Thanks for your comment and encouragement. Yes, you are right. I want to show the three girls like a team, but with that I lost focus on the interesting point and in the story behind the image. Good point
Thanks again for the support. Cheers!!
Fernando - Thanks tocayo!! Think you have a really good point, Dr. Muerte cant leaves the production that easaly…
I´m wasting precious hours trying to take a decision, but think that all the sketches are a good practice and I had a great time with the different concepts.
Aiman - I´m puting 5 papers with the name of the concepts in a vase. Ok, I´m shaking the vase… and now… picking one… and… hahahahahah alea jacta est!! (the die is cast
) Thanks mate!!..
Mathias - Thanks kompis
Glad that you liked the Go-Go girls from hell :D. I don’t go with that concept, but I want to finish it after the challenge. Thanks for your kind words and great support! Cheers!!
Jeff - Really thanks for your comment
Yes, you are right, this characters have a lot of posibilities and is really fun to try concepts with “Luchador” and his enemys
I´m thinking to finish the sketches that I didn´t choose, after the challenge.
I make a big turn of 360 grades
to finish again where I start.
Really few hours to the deadline, and think the better decision is to choose the more advanced concept, if I want to finish.
Ok, I’m going for “Luchador” chasing the evil mutation of Dr. Muerte while being attacked by the small and wild “ajolotes mutantes tequileros”
I like a lot the other concepts too, and I want to finish them in the near future.
Glad you finally decided on something even though I thought some of your other compositions would work well too. But what do you mean about only having a few hours left? There are 5 days left for the image part of the competition, which ends on the 19th… unless you’re going away tomorrow or something?
Hey, I am really happy you chose that one. I love it. When I first saw it I didn’t notice all those little green guys. And then I noticed more, and more, and more of them … There is a lot of really nice movement in this comp too. Bravo!
Looks like u are doing a good work! I like the character desig…and the colour and composition works very well.
Oz
Good choice,
Hurry up, man. Time is running as fast as evil mutation of Dr. Muerte.
Torsten
Boy the drama of watching you generate so many cool drawing has been a joy to watch. You have a story board for a short movie! Best of luck.
Ooww … you have a lot of concepts here!!! =)
They are all good :applause:
I’ll not tell you which one is my favorite cause you’ve already made your choice and i don’t want to misdirect you on these last days ^^
…
Ok ok… I’ll tell you … I like this one:
But it’s a personal choice … keep up with your choice and please finish at time =)
Good luck my friend
See ya
[left]Ralph (archaeotect) - Thanks for your words!!
Michael - Really thanks for your support
5 days are only hours for me hahahaha. I’m a bit fast sketching ideas but when I go for the detail and finishing a painting, I´m really slow
(and promis to finish the vertical composition, with “Luchador” flying from the third rope ) Cheers!!
Luis - More than god thanks to the devil … hahahahaha ( I hope that my covenant with him, works  )
Mark - Thanks my friend. That was one of my points to choose this image. Really hanks for your great support! Cheers!!
Joao - Thanks mate! Yes, I need a lot of coffe and stay away from my bed… hahahaha
Fabio - Thanks friend for your kind words and glad that you liked the concept
Titus - Thanks mate!
James - Thanks for your words. Yes, “Luchadores” films are a really cool theme
Torsten - Thanks my friend. Yes, applying all the gas on this. Cheers!!
Ralph (Korendo) - Thanks my friend. Hahhahahaha yes a really drama. Always I say that the next challenge I’m work with discipline, but I never do… hahahaha. Thanks for your encouragement! Cheers!!
Filipe - Thanks friend!! Oh I like a lot that composition and will be one of my tasks for the coming months.

I Change the face of Dr. Muerte mutation to an ‘ajolote’ style creature, to make the evil guy more ‘B-Movie’.
Love it so far, full of action. The girl, though, looks too upright at the moment. That might come right when you’ve painted in the guy’s fist but it looks right now like she should be at more of an angle.
Love the new face! I was wondering if, now that he’s so monstrous, it might make sense to make his giant tentacle arm green too, to tie it to the rest of him more, especially as we don’t really see where it joins his body. The positioning of his left hand feels a little awkward, btw: From the angle that the arm is at, it feels as though maybe we should see more of the side of his hand where the thumb is.
Don’t forget to look at the image greyscale to see how the values read! One of the easiest ways to do this is to add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer and crank the Sat down to 0. Then you can toggle it on and off.
btw, this is two posts in a row with the same composition. Aren’t you now overdue to change your mind and go for a different layout ?
Good luck! ![]()
Good luck!
Hello Brother!
You did an excellent change. You emphasize a little more the villain evilness.
