This has happened a lot to me and I have no idea to fix it, when I select the move tool the axis is suddenly disappeared so I cant choose which direction I want to move it in.
Please help.

Your gizmo is turned off. The shortcut to toggle on and off is “x” on your keyboard. You can change it in the preferences menu too.
You can also change it’s size with the “-” and “+” on your keyboard.
