Just to say i’m in for this one, and for fun. It will be the real first time i’ll try to anim a full scene and a full character.

Looks good but is the arm supposed to flip backwards? Looks like it pops.

Here is the main scenario. No textures, no antialias, no radiosity. There’s some elements not here yet, but it will come. a kinda screwer will get out of the arm at the end of the scene. I think i’ll make different scenes for the challenge.

well, no it isn´t specific to animation, plot. I was just interested in the story, what you were going to animate. If not this that you did put online. Or maybe it´s just me misunderstanding you, after a second reading, I think it is.

Well about the story, i tought about different scenarii and i finally choose the robot as main character because it’s easy to do different thing of it. For example in the last anim, you can see it just trying entering restroom (but i didn’t make the walk from outside the camera to in), and then using one of his weapon, or tool integrated to his arm, to try opening the door. For the first scene (i’ll try to do different if i have time) the arm will be a kinda big screwdriver trying to force the lock. But as the door is too strong, the screwdriver explodes (i have to do the explosion) and the bot within. Well i hope i answered your question. :wink:
