Avatar help?

Hey, there. I’m new to CGS, and while I’ve been able to upload gallery images just fine, I can’t figure out how to upload an avatar. Under Control Panel/Edit Avatar, I see an empty box with the words “no avatar specified” and a checked button saying “do not use an avatar.” I can’t uncheck the button, “Reset Fields” button doesn’t do anything, and there’s no field to browse/upload.

Am I doing something wrong?
