Auto-Align Maximum Resolution ?

Hello there,

I was trying to use the “Auto Align” nodes to stitch together a 360° panorama image from a series of about 36 4K digital images. Besides the fact that my lousy 512 mb Powerbook crashes quite frequently under the load and the nodes each take only 3 inputs each, I am also encountering other problems:

  1. (Shake general scripting) would there be a way to trigger, for example through the console, each “analyze” button there is in my tree (many) ?

  2. Is there a maximum resolution for the Auto Align nodes output ? It worked well with the tutorial images, but in case of my high-res images the output seems to be just one image size, even though the clipping is set to “all”…

  3. Any other software packages reconmended for such a job ?
