-Effective communication skills.
-An explorer mindset that is not afraid to sail uncharted waters or discover new things.
-Commitment to help building a new team from the ground up.
-Creating animation for both in-game and pre-rendered cinematics.
-Block shot compositions.
-Work well with the team as well as lead the team.
Requirements:
-Able to demonstrate understanding of cinematic shot composition, lighting, storytelling, and timing.
-Experience creating cinematic animation for games, film, or television.
-Understanding of camera choreography and movement.
-Experience with Maya, 3D Studio Max, Softimage, Motion Builder.
-Critical eye for art direction a must.

-Experience creating cinematic animation for games, film, or television.
