It seems like alot of my drawings are of people half naked or taking clothes off. Good times.
The headgear is leaning slightly to the left and the right side looks a bit higher up… 
I think with the headgear since its probably heavy that’s normal but the cloth thing I can fix in photoshop.
Drawing this led me to experiment with variation of the hat/costume. I love designing impractical clothing for illustrations

Facial looks good and seems to be the most sharpest among the whole body parts.
Pose and clothes draping are good enough. Shading looks fair enough. Attributes detail is good as well.
However, I feel that limbs such as arms and legs still have disproportion or should I say, it looks a little bit too small.
Overall, I suggest you can train more on those arms and legs. For me, disproportion isn’t always wrong. Many styles use body disproportion as advantage. Good luck.

There’s a complete lack of credible anatomy structure to the figure. Regardless if it’s a stylized piece of work, there still has to be sound structure in how the figures are constructed. You need to learn how people really look and function so that you can transform them into stylized versions, and because all stylizations are based on reality, you will not be able to depict credible looking stylizations without having studied reality.
My suggestion–study anatomy/figure. Observe people in real life. Take photo references for your work and use them to build the underlying structure of your stylized figures.
