Are there any forums where people analyze shots in movies?

For example take Blade Runner the first scene with two guys.One questions the other under suspicion that he is not human and he ends up dead.

So there are questions like:

Why did they make the camera movement in the begining of that conversation.The guy looks at the wall and camera looks down on him.Then camera moves down to his eyelevel or something making place for the non-human to come in.But the movement is so ridicilous.It is kinda too fast and too noisy.

So why did they do that?I don’t judgde,who am i to judge such director,but i am honestly interested why that camera movement was made like that?

I think discussing one shot, and then placing the shot in context in a discussion about the WHOLE movie would be better.

But that results in one movie being one thread.

It doesn’t feel safe to just talk about shots by themselves. It sounds a bit like chasing the trees and missing the forest?
