I’ve heard a while back you could do full renders but shaded didn’t work.
Has anything changed in the past two months? Does it work yet?
I am waiting till they get it 99% working before I purchase my next upgrade to AM. got burned with that 9.5 version so I want to make sure it’s working before putting any more money into it.

I’m one of those who couldn’t output shaded/wireframe renders. However since Hash introduced a new way to view renders with ‘render animation preview’ I haven’t had any problem.
Unfortunately you would have to use the beta version (10.5) to access this. But 10.5 beta is streets ahead of 9.5 in terms of both stability and features actually working properly. Ok, so it doesn’t fill you with that dependable warm fuzzy feeling you got from good old 8.5, but it’s getting fairly close to it.
I had that problem also, and after some investigating found that my video card wouldn’t render to a screen buffer–so I had to accept it or upgrade my card… The newer ATI cards don’t seem to have the problem, but I’m glad that Hash has come-up with another option…
While in V10, I just render a low resolution .AVI for a test, not as quick as rendering shaded-mode but not much I can do:shrug:

relax they have a new version out every januaryish and a point release every juneish so I am only talking about 5 months which is plenty of time for them to make this release sing
