impressive. only 7 hours! were you working from reference?
the shrubbery adds alot. most plants looks good, but the trees look drastically scaled down.
I really like the lighting, having the sun hit it more directly at the top makes it feel more like its surrounded by other buildings.
i think the edges could use more beveling, but it looks real good.
yer images size is HUGE, you may want to post is smaller, and link the highres one.

The modelling looks nice. Nothing spectacular. But the almost transparent plants and people really make the whole thing. They give the feeling of movement and life in an otherwise still scene. If they were not transparent then the feeling would be lost and it would be still again. I like that technique!

looks good. Try dirtying it up abit in photoshop to add some realism, a few cracks. Try overlaying some concrete textures, then take the transparency down. it will make the image much more real.
