Anyone tried 2014 Extension w/ latest Air?

I understand the latest update to Mudbox is supposed to work with the HD Graphics 5000 inside the Air (and a number of other laptops). Anyone got any experience with this setup - either first or second hand? What sort of polycounts are we talking? Thinking of buying an 11" MBA shortly for other things and was hoping it would be viable for some Mudbox work.
