Anyone ever used Appverifier on a Maya plugin?


I’m trying to track down a heap corruption inside a Maya plugin and I thought I’d give Appverifier a try (; I’ve used it successfully on other large standalone programs.

Currently I’ve been waiting for Maya to start for about forty minutes and it’s still on the splash screen. I haven’t even seen the progress messages that print at the bottom of it go by yet. One of my CPU’s is pegged and memory consumption is growing, so it’s doing something.

As I type this, I’m starting to see the progress messages going by (albeit very slowly).

Just curious if anyone had successfully tried this or not and whether they had any success.
