Any deals for Softimage

Now that Softimage is discontinued, are there any deals out there, like a going-out-of-business-sale? I’ve looked around, but all I’ve seen is full price or cracked versions.

Is it even considered legal and possible to transfer licence?

also another thing… is it illegal to pirate software that is killed and not supported any more?
