Animation Render very grainey..help

Rendered an animation yesterday and it looked perfect. Updated ONLY the OBJECT and rendered again and it Looks very Grainey. Whats up> VUE 5 infinite. I have updated to the latest build.

Update. Just noticed that the file sizes are hugely different. 68,000 meg to 1.5 megs. The only thing I changed was updating the OBJECT from LW.
